SANDRINE REY

Sandrine Rey is born in 1974. Sandrine discovered her specific skill early enough to follow differents Art schools in Paris. One day, following a professor's advice she started copying one painting "La Madeleine à la veilleuse" from Georges de La Tour in Louvre Museum. She's been following this training for 9 years. Sandrine does copy  alternatively in Louvre Museum and National gallery Museum of London since 2004.

All the paintings exhibited on this website are  paintings done in Museums. Some landscapes are executed in parks, near bridges...

2007

This paintings are realized in the respect for the traditional methods in oil painting, mediums and varnishes.

According to the current laws, a copy must have different dimensions, plus or less  1/5th from the original work. Artist must belong to public domain !

In my studio, i can work from pictures :
